I am the person who answers your questions and assists you if needed. I do not shuffle you around to different units; the one you are seeing is the one in which you stay. If you have a question on a Saturday, you will receive a response from me and not have to wait until Monday. I live 5 min. away so reach out if you have a question. This studio condo is quiet, clean and a holiday retreat with a mountain view. Within walking distance of two great restaurants; Monsoon, an excellent Indian restaurant and Isana, for fish and sushi. The studio is on the 2nd floor, located at 715 S. Kihei Rd. (Kihei Bay Surf), #216. This complex is a small boutique resort across the street from the beach and Kalepolepo State Park. Turtles come on shore to the park and its 500 year old Hawaiian Fish Pond to sleep at sunset.
The condo has bamboo and tile flooring. The lanai view of Haleakala, a perfect spot for morning coffee. The complex is well lit for safety. A keyless entry system on the door, with a rotating code, allows for secure contactless entrance whenever you arrive.

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the larger tourist filled condos and book with me. Kihei Bay Surf has only 118 units and is in a private setting. You will enjoy the lovely Hawaiian gardens and view from your very own private lanai. A BBQ area, a pristine swimming pool and hot tub, the Humpback Whale National Marie Sanctuary across the street, as well as 3 mile beach and close to one of the largest stretch of sandy beach on Maui, perfect for sunbathing, strolls, swimming, jogging water sports such as kite boarding and surfing, and so much more! Catch a whale watch cruise from Maalaea Harbor (during season), just a 10 minute drive form our home!

Make your friends jealous. Selfies on a Zipline through a tropical plantation, snorkeling with turtles or at 10K feet above it all on top of Haleakala! Maui is our home. Contact us for more Maui activity ideas. We can make suggestions; whale watching, island hot spots, dine with celebrity chefs, car rental and seasonal events.

I'd recommend booking the night on the last day of your stay if you have a later flight. It is so much easier to leave from the condo rather than wonder where to sit all day until your flight boards.

What guests have been saying: "clean", "centrally located for Maui sightseeing", "close to shopping and restaurants", "quiet, safe and secure".

Recommendations: I would rent a car. The Island is big and you'll need one to site see and shop. Bring snacks and drinks, picnics are the way to enjoy every day's excursion.

Beaches: Sugar Beach is one of the best on Maui, across the street and 6 miles of white sand awaiting your footprints.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt the property in person was actually better than in the photos. The kitchen is well stocked, and the bed and futon was really comfortable. It’s also nice they have the pay it forward items, I’ve never had that before, and I have stayed in many places. Kevin was super helpful and responsive, I would definitely stay here again. The location is also great for a central location. The pool area is also really nice. Never crowded. Thank you Kevin!

This is a great place to stay for a host of reasons: The host is extremely communicative and attentive to the needs of guests. The place is clean and the ammenities are in excellent condition and in close proximity to rooms. By ammenities I mean pool, spa, tennis courts, and laundry room. The location is clean on the outside as well as inside. The place was well stocked with basic items and then some. Everything was in working order and you feel secure when staying here, not to mention that you had a beach and small museum across the street, and are close by to shopping and stores. Bonus: You really can’t beat the price. There are boogie boards and beach chairs in good shape for use as well.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and will be coming back. If you do stay here, keep something in mind: Always try and leave the place how you found it…or better.

we were so close to everything beaches shops food your right in the center of the island Love the please and before you go food shopping stop in your condo first. Kevin is a very welcoming host. The studio space is super comfortable with a nice patio for chilling over morning coffee or evening drinks. Location-wise it feels perfect. Easy walking access to a nice, long section of beach that didn't ever get crowded.

Aloha all! Our experience with Kevin and his rental property were excellent!!! I can't say enough good about this place. From start to finish Kevin the owner was supportive, informative, and just very kind. We had an issue with the door.. he responded within 5 minutes and offered to remedy the door within 30 minutes and turned out it was something we were doing incorrectly. He also provided us with welcoming information as well as tips and recommendations, The place is cozy, user friendly (love the labels & notes explaning important stuff), and well stocked with so many amenities provided and lots of pay it forward items... super cool! Also, loved the location...easy parking, close to anything you need, and directly across from the beach. Did i mention how kind everyone is here? We met so many nice people from long term renters to tourist just like us from all over the world! We miss you Leo and Leann! Truley, i would highly recommend vacationing in Maui at Kevin's place. You won't be disappointed p.s. the bed was so comfy, lots of drawer storage througho books to read, hangers, beach towels, ironing board and iron, drying rack on lanai, extra blankets, so many mirrors (made it feel bigger), place was very clean, very quiet and peaceful complex, felt super safe as well. This place is loaded with so many things you'll need or just like to have...i can't list them all but it sure made us feel more at home.Thank you Kevin, can't wait to stay again next time we're in Maui

My family and I loved this location! It was four of us and we were pretty comfortable. Bed was fabulous better than expected. Bathroom is a little tight, but was grateful for the extra space near the bathroom - I have a daughter and it was nice to get ready at the same time. Our space was equipped with broom, vacuum, swifter mop, laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, dishes utensils, pots pans and everything you need to BBQ. ( I did stay for 15 days and it was nice to have to tools to stay clean). Washer and dryer room was decent I loved using the app! It had everything a traveling family would need down to playing cards. This mommy was a happy camper for sure! We appreciated the bottle of water it definitely came in handy! Hot tub and pool was fabulous its was nice to have after running around the island all day. Kevin our host was tentatively awesome ! He made sure to check in and made sure we had all we needed. I can’t forget the people who live there! So much Aloha ! It was so nice to visit home and to share it with such amazing ppl who live there! I will be sure to stay at this location every year! Thank you so much Kevin, for your hospitality!!! Truly a gem in Kihei! Mahalo Nui Toledo, Ohana !
