Have stayed at the Palms 11 times

I have stayed at the Palms (different units) 11 times and have never had this kind of experience. It was not clean when we arrived. Brown stuff on the light switches, toilets dirty, etc. I ended up cleaning myself the first night. Lots of areas that are dirty and just need wiped down. It would make it look so much cleaner with a little elbow grease. They refunded half the cleaning deposit but I would have preferred to just walk into a clean unit and not have to clean on vacation. They give you one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and if you need more then that, you have to purchase it yourself. We were here for a week so of course we needed more than one roll in each bathroom. This is my first review I’ve ever done but I felt that others should know before they book what they will be getting. Lots of little things that made it not as enjoyable. The property managers were very responsive when we reached out so that’s one thing that they are good at. It is a first floor unit which is really nice so you aren’t hauling your stuff up and down the stairs. In our experience if you stay in a unit where you deal directly with the owner of the unit, they care a lot more and it’s usually clean and well stocked. The ones that are managed by a company just aren’t that way.

Family Holiday

Great location on the Island to stay. A perfect property to call home during our vacation. Pool and hot tub were a great place to watch the sunset. The home was much bigger than we expected with lots of room for 6 adults. Our first day there we were contacted by the property management to see if there was anything we needed, the propane tank was empty on the bbq and they came with a full tank within 15 minutes. We will be booking this exact resort and unit again

Private and peaceful

My three older children and my husband and I absolutely loved our stay. It was lovely to start our day on the very private Lanai with our coffee and chat. The beds were super comfortable and we only needed the AC at night for a cool nights sleep. I informed management that the 2 beach umbrellas were broken and within an hour had two new ones! I would highly recommend this condo.
