Surrounded by lush tropical landscape, Maui Banyan is just steps away from restaurants, shops, and ocean activities. The island of Maui offers many outdoor activities to enjoy the tropical island life. World-class beaches, whale watching, tennis, golf, hiking, surfing, swimming, wind surfing, deep sea fishing, along with guided tours. After a day of enjoying activities, relax back at your air-conditioned condo with access to two swimming pools with hot tubs and a tennis court. The manicured garden setting offers picnic areas with BBQ facilities.

This beautiful condo has views of sunsets over the Pacific as well as sunrise over Haleakala. Recently updated, this home has all you will need to enjoy a perfect vacation on Maui. Your own private lanai is the best spot for morning coffee and afternoon sips. Living area just off of the lanai offers a Smart TV and comfy pull-out sleeper sofa. Air conditioning in the living area as well as in the bedroom. Dining table for four is an excellent space for breakfast as well as a competitive game of Gin Rummy, playing cards supplied. Open kitchen layout features a large breakfast bar with Cambria quartz countertops and all the gadgets, utensils, dishware, and cookware you will need to whip up meals at home.

The bedroom is separated from the living area by frosted glass Shoji-style doors, allowing you to open up the entire space or close off your bed when calling it a night. TV in the bedroom allows for cozy movie nights snuggled up in bed. The en suite bathroom has a large, tiled shower and Carrara marble bathroom vanities. A bonus full bathroom off the kitchen makes getting ready for the beach easy and offers a tub/shower combo for those who just love a nice bath before bedtime.

Make sure to take time to enjoy the quiet and private resort at Maui Banyan. This property is situated on 8 acres of gorgeous and lush tropical landscaping. The numerous palm trees spread throughout the property make the perfect spot to enjoy some shade and feel the famous Trade Winds breeze by. Take a dip in the pool, work on your tan, or relax in the hot tub! There is a tennis court on the property for your convenience. Get your family and friends together to BBQ on the grills under the shade of a Banyan Tree as you soak in the World-Famous Maui Sunsets!

Our stay at this South Kīhei condo was fantastic! The unit was spot on—exactly as pictured on the VRBO website. Being on the top floor, it was incredibly quiet with an unobstructed view. The space was clean, updated, and very well-maintained. We really appreciated that they provided plenty of towels and enough paper products to get us through the week.The location is unbeatable: directly across from Kamaole Beach Park II and an easy walk to other beaches, shops, and restaurants. It’s also just a quick drive to Wailea or North Kīhei. We would definitely stay here again…Mahalo

Great accommodations located on the 5th floor (top floor) looking out over a natural area with a view of the beach/ocean and Haleakala. This unit is very quiet, clean and well stocked for an extended stay. Excellent location with 5 minute walk to beaches, short walk to dining and happy hour and easy walk to shopping. Easy in and out driving access points to get you on the road to destinations around Maui - Makena/Wailea, South/North Kihei, Up Country, Lahaina to Kapalua, Kahului/Airport, and all other destinations.

The check in and access to the property was very simple. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were well stocked with the basics. The view from the lanai was perfect and sitting there so peaceful listening to the birds and swaying palm trees every morning.

Great location, minutes to a family-friendly beach. Spacious kitchen and family room, and master suite. Nice to have two TVs with cable and streaming for evenings. Big balcony. I would recommend upgrading the sliding doors for the balcony, as well as some of the pocket doors (didn't slide easily), and the master shower (Hard to get into, old with poor water pressure)

When we arrived at 4 pm the room had not been cleaned. I was ill and laid on the couch while 3 people scurried around and tried to clean it up. It took a while but was very uncomfortable for us.

Perfect location across from the beach, lots of provided amenities (plenty of towels, beach chairs, etc.). There's also a pool at the property, but we didn't use it over going to the beach. Would recommend and stay here again!

Comfortable suite, great location!

We loved our stay at the Maui banyan. Especially in this suite. We had a fully stocked kitchen, and two bathrooms and lots of space for the kids to roam in. We really enjoyed having the wagon, beach chairs for our stay! We had hoped for an umbrella, that would have made it even more amazing. The location is great, and the property is immaculate. Very tidy and clean, and the pool area always kept clean. Thanks for a great stay!

Great Location

Over all we were pleased with the Condo. Although we registered with the Maui Banyan office we kept getting automated texts from CB Vacation to do so. Some texts were out of date, re leaving access cards that were not issued,used or required. Not in favor of the textured laminate flooring, felt gritty on bare feet.Would definatly recommend this condo to others.

We loved our stay from Nov 13-25 in H505. It had everything we needed. It was quiet, safe and the people working at the building were very nice. The kitchen was stocked. Even storage bags, saran, coffee filter. There was also laundry soap. There was lots of soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. The bed was super comfortable. The bathrooms were clean. We would like to stay here again, next time we travel to Kihei Maui. Thank you we enjoy your condo very much. LH
