The house was in great condition and the property has a beautiful view of the sunset. The one downside of the house is that the hot tub has no privacy fence on the right side which backs up to public parking lot. There is a lot of traffic during the day with walkers and people watching the sunset. Other than that minor detail we really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at the rental in Kill Devil Hills. The views are beautiful and the house is perfect for enjoying them. When we were there they had both a regular coffee maker and a Keurig but bring your own coffee to get started - there are also several close by coffee shops and grocery/department stores. Basic spices are provided in a very well appointed kitchen. The property managers were very responsive to a couple of questions, we will definitely rent this property again in the future!

Wonderful stay in the OBX

An incredible home, exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished! Our group of 8 had plenty of space and felt quite at home. Newly renovated and bright, with plenty of windows/light, overlooking the bay. We wish we could have stayed longer. Connor (host) was amazing, prompt responses and spot on recommendations. Will definitely be back!
