A disappointment

Well, the other reviews that mentioned insects are real. We encountered a few and it really made our family feel uneasy. When we reported them to the rental company, they ensured us that they were not the type of roaches associated with filth, rather they were either water or palmetto bugs. Regardless, we won’t be coming back. Maybe we’re over reacting? Otherwise the property could use a face lift. Some paint, flooring, living room furniture, landscaping upgrades, as well as a deep clean,would go a long way. The short walk to the beach was a positive.

Beach Week

Check-in process was efficient with good communication and reference information. House was second from Highway with noise from passing vehicles. Fenced in yard was great for dogs. Grill was not usable as it was left very dirty by Previous guests. Reported to property management. Overall a good stay. We enjoyed the decks and top floor open layout for family time.

Would stay again

I would stay here again-about a 3 block walk to beach. Could have been cleaner but it was ok and we cleaned it. We did have one package of linens (wrapped up like it was fresh and clean) that was REALLY dirty but the rest were fine. Small issues like any house. (dryer vent was off, one toilet runs constantly, one sink stopper had issues, no lighting on back deck-none of those issues bothered ME 😉but did others in my party) but overall it was a great stay. Nice location. Hot tub worked great. Plenty of hot water for 8 people. Would definitely stay here again.
