Location. Location. Location.
You can’t ask for a better location. The unit was functional and pretty clean but basic. There were lots of signs of wear and tear including stains on the carpet. The beds were comfortable but the couch in the living area left a little to be desired. A little decoration would go a long way to spruce the place up.

Clean, conveniently stocked with basic necessities, and great ocean view.
The ocean experience is different as there are sand bars that go far out.
