House was older but was close to the beach. There is no access to the inside access from the downstairs room. It’s more like a mother in law suite. There are beach chairs there and a few toys and boards for the ocean. Kids loved going ghost crab hunting at night (make sure you take a flashlight.) You do have to make the beds yourself unless you pay extra.
