The king master was built for it — a luxury mattress and a light-blocking shade that holds back the sunrise until you're ready for it. No footsteps overhead, no early light, just the sound of the ocean and a genuinely restful morning.

Bright Days, Easy Living

When you are up, the condo delivers: high vaulted ceilings and a bright, open layout with ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, and stainless appliances — including a brand-new dishwasher. The private balcony is furnished for the full arc of the day, with an outdoor dining set for meals over the water and Adirondack chairs for coffee at dawn or drinks at dusk. A pull-out sectional in the great room flexes the space for family or friends, a 55" smart TV covers the streaming, a flat screen waits in the bedroom, and the Keurig handles the mornings.
The beach is steps away, the community pool is there for the in-between hours, and Wi-Fi is included.

Elevator access takes you to the top floor (the elevator is a community amenity, not controlled by the homeowner, and cannot be guaranteed). this unit does not allow pets.
