Colony Club C12, located in the heart of Killington, features breathtaking views of Killington resort. This three-bedroom, three-bathroom Killington vacation rental will make you give you the feeling of being in a winter wonderland. As you walk into your unit, be sure to grab a bundle of firewood to ignite a warm and cozy fire to warm your feet after a fun-filled day on the slopes. For more relaxation, there is a sauna and an oversize Jacuzzi tub to soak your sore muscles.

Bedrooms one and two, located on the top level, have queen beds. Bedroom three, which is on the middle level, also has queen bed. All three of these bedrooms are great for groups with couples! Downstairs, there is a bunk bed, with a trundle underneath, along with a twin cot. And for extra room, there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. Colony Club C12 is within walking distance to Killington's famous restaurants and nightlife. This vacation rental is perfect with its amazing views, amenities, and convenient distance to Killington Resort and nightlife.

The house was great, and well-equipped. We found everything we needed after a hiking day (even board games). Great for travelling with family and friends.

Great Location and Space

We really enjoyed out time at the Colony Club C12. The apartment was well laid out and kid friendly, and easy to get to the mountain. The sauna did not work but we were compensated for it. There was plenty of wood for the fire and propane for the grill. The weather was brutally cold (-13F) but the condo stayed warm and pleasant throughout. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone with children for a great Killington experiance.

Great place for new years eve!

Had a great weekend with friends over new years! Lots of space for ten people, great location! We had since issues were with the jacuzzi tub (couldn't seem to get enough hot water to fill it) and the sauna (issues getting it to get truly hot), but wasn't a big issue as we were there such a short time and spent most of the time out!

The Perfect VT Getaway

We had the perfect Vermont getaway in this beautiful cozy home. Plenty of space for our guests with even more firewood to keep us warm. We arrived and the home was very well cleaned and prepared for us . We had a lot of snow during our visit (woo!) and they had a snowplow come take care of the parking lot. The space here was incredible, and we will be returning soon!

Nice house, great location, no problems !

We rented the house with a group of friends and we all agreed that the house is very nice very close to everything and very convenient on top of that the amount of sleeping beds we had worked for us: the company was very easy-going and the house had everything that we needed from the coffee maker to dishwasher to sheets -towels -soap and more I will definitely be coming back! Thank you
