The complex offers a shared indoor swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, fitness room, and tennis courts. The on-site spa offers massages, body treatments, facials, and day packages for additional fees. This vacation rental is just under four miles from Pico Mountain and five miles from Killington Mountain Resort, so you can drive yourself or take advantage of the shuttle bus for a small fee. Nearby Killington Ski Area boasts 155 trails, 22 lifts, and 1,509 acres extending across six mountain peaks. Shop and dine at several restaurants, from bakeries to sushi bars and stores along Killington Road, all within four miles of your front door. Head north two miles to picturesque Gifford Woods State Park, where you can picnic, hike the 300 acres of trails, or do a little fishing on Kent Pond. And after the sun sets, find nightclubs and live music venues along Killington Road. If the sun is shining, take your clubs up to Green Mountain National Golf Course, just four miles north, or down to the 18 superb holes at Killington, four miles south.

You'll feel right at home in the sunken living room with an expansive sectional, a wood fireplace, and plenty of space to stretch out after an exciting day on the slopes. Just around the corner, you'll find a dining room with a breakfast bar and stools as well as a large table, ideal for family game nights and enjoying home-cooked meals prepared in your adjacent, full kitchen. All the major appliances make cooking a snap. There's also a dishwasher to make clean-up a snap. Expand your menus by taking advantage of the BBQ grill on your back patio just outside the sliding glass doors in your dining room.

On the main floor, you'll find a private sauna in a full bathroom. Children under the age of 14 years old must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area and fitness center. Children under the age of 14 years old may not use the hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Children under the age of 10 years old may not use the fitness center. No spa services will be provided for anyone under the age of 12 years old. Spa services for those aged 12-15 years old must have adult guardian accompaniment in treatment room with a signed release form. Spa services for those aged 16-17 years old must have a release form signed by an adult guardian before the start of the treatment.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Ski shuttle details: The Woods Resort is not a normal stop for The Bus, BUT! You can catch a ride up to the Killington Ski Lodges if you stand on Killington Road (at the entrance of The Woods Resort) and jump on "THE BUS" . There is a small fee of $2 to ride THE BUS from The Woods Resort to the Killington Ski Area.

THE BUS, runs on a regular, frequent schedule. Pico, K-1 lodge, Snowshed Base Lodge, Killington Grand Hotel and Mountain Green Resort are fare-free zones. So you could catch a ride back down for free.

THE BUS even offers transportation to Rutland hourly until 11:00 p.m.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
