Great location right in town. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a nice addition with tea & coffee available throughout the day. Kind of like an upscale BnB!

We were travelling with our dog. The hotel and the town were welcoming (this isn’t always the case). The hotel has been upgraded, our room was small but clean, the bed was comfortable . The bathrooms were definitely newly done. Clean white linens! Lots of coffee/tea/drinks/snacks in a common area on the main floor. Continental Breakfast had a good variety of offerings. The hotel used glass and ceramic - no plastic or paper waste. We have already recommended the property to three other std of travellers during our continued trip

Your Home away from home.

Our recent stay exceeded our expectations. Welcoming staff room was spotless breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend The Larix Hotel and we will definitely stay again next visit to Kimberley. Felt like a home away from home. Check in and check out were exceptionally easy.

This was the cutest hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The amenities were never ending (fresh baked cookies everyday, locally made toiletries, breakfast, e-bike rentals… it was seriously never ending. There was so much character and the cutest little cozy decor everywhere. And the beds, they are the best beds ever. So much thought goes into this place. We can’t wait to go back! I never wanted to leave. Thank you!

Location!

This place is a great location and it was surprisingly quiet in the rooms which was great. It may be best to advise when the anointed wine bar is closed for a private event and that most rooms are on the 2nd floor without an elevator. Not the best for bad knees Otherwise a good comfortable stay and we would go back.
