The room was a complete lie. There were roaches everywhere and mice poop and dead roaches in cabinets and in utensils. Tons of dog hair everywhere. We attempted to clean floors do best possible we recorded videos and proof. That night the smell of chemicals was soo strong. We requested to shorten our trip to after 12 hours no response I had to call them. She said they would come look at the place. Had me email them the videos. They claimed they saw nothing on thier walk through. I had told her it’s swept up right there plus the videos. They would not refund the night not stayed in because she “ personally inspected the unit afterward, I did not notice a chemical smell or find any additional dead bugs.” She didn’t even address the mice poop or dog hair. We Rented for 2 nights only stayed for one.
