Covered patio, private, with picnic table parking beside , has basic kitchen microwave electric hot plates toaster kettle. Hammock on porch. Lots if limes n lemons !
The gardens are very extensive with small waterfall and a Cafe and a pub just two minutes walk!
Pergola near has gas bbq , lawn games, tramp, pond with frogs, ducks, tūī and morpork visit.
An oven and washing machine up at school house avail. Plus Fridge and Frezzer. Fireplace outside pinic table and outdoor fire.
There is a caravan plug in on the outside of tiny house.
You will love to feed the Kune kune pigs, chickens, Guinea pigs and lambs, we adore our two dogs on property very friendly.
Due to deep pond I ask that children that can’t swim must be supervised at all times.
There is a printer avail at school house, and filtered water comes from tap up there.
And the big fresh farm eggs 4 are avail each stay.
Lots of tea and coffee.
Located half an hour from Palmerston North and twenty mins from Feilding !
