Cottage Rental close to lake Huron beach!

Relax and enjoy some quiet time and sunshine at our lovely home nestled on a private community near the shores of lake Huron.
Beautiful 2 bedroom home available from July 22 to August 11th 2024. Located just north of Kincardine near 23 & Con 5 and just a short 3 minute walk to the beach. This open concept home has a large living room with 55” smart TV, wood burning fireplace and cozy leather sofa / love seat. To keep things warm and comfortable we have a high efficiency Napoleon AC unit / furnace. One bedroom with a queen size bed, 2nd bedroom with a double bed. Our bunkie has a futon and bunk beds (double on bottom, single on top) perfect for the kids! One bathroom with modern shower. A murphy bed is available for additional guests. Full kitchen with all appliances and cookware including fridge with ice maker/water dispenser, double oven, dishwasher, built in microwave, water softener and RO drinking water. Combination mudroom, laundry with washer/dryer and office area. WiFi with high speed internet included. Napoleon Propane BBQ on rear deck, Traeger smoker and outdoor fireplace. Small dogs allowed and will have the run of the completely fenced in backyard.
Rinse off from your trip to the beach in our hot/cold outdoor shower. Enjoy the afternoon sun and sunsets from the full house width deck at front.
