As soon as we arrived, we were driving to our room, and there was a man yelling and screaming at me called me a dirty Indian and cursed me out .we got to the room it smelled like filth but I brought Febreze my own blanket and pillows, thank goodness. an hour later we’re laying down to go to sleep. We hear a cat we thought I was neighbors. My daughter got up, to use tthe bathroom and a cat ran across the room and under the bed scared the big Jesus out of us. I called to complain to front desk. She was speechless . I told her how I’m allergic, and she offered me a shoe and advised me to open the door to let the cat out. at this point, I’m just gonna sleep in my car even though she offered me another room but I don’t trust it would be better yeah I didn’t feel like moving all of our stuff to another room and wehad to be up in a few hours, I asked her if I can get a refund. She immediately said no I don’t think so. The owners have signs all over the lobby, blah blah blah. I told her I think they can make an assumption since there were a stray cat in my room, again and immediately said no I don’t think so. I will never stay here again. This place is gross ugly rude.

This was one of the worse and poorly organized places I have ever slept in and the BEDS ARE 4 inch mattresses on metal “ Prison style “ Yes it’s cheap and you do get what you pay for and when I say sleeping in the tile floor would be the same I literally mean it will feel the same !!

the staff here is amazing I stay here every time I come to Kingman and I have never been disappointed with how welcoming they are. there are plenty of food options around and also convenient stores littered around the area. Perfect place to stay for a few nights or even just a great overnight option

Nasty motel

Didn't even stay we checked in put our stuff in the room left to go visit family came back turned on the lights and watched a bunch of roaches scattered it was dirty never again. I've never been to a most disgusting motel in my life. Plus they never even refund my money
