Close to everything you love to do at Lake Tahoe, our family’s 2 story home is on a quiet street about a mile from the beach at Lake Tahoe & 6 miles from the Northstar Village with shops, eateries, brew pubs & more. Home has 4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1775 Sq.Ft and a Hot Tub on our deck. Top floor features a Great Room with open space living/dining room and kitchen with modern appliances plus a wood burning stove. A large rustic dining table easily fits 8 people. High Speed Internet & Smart TV. We supply Towels & Linens.

Our county has recently passed new regulations for ALL short term rentals:

1). Excessive Noise / Loud Music that can be heard by neighbors especially after 9pm is prohibited. (We don’t expect you to whisper; just please keep the noise down).

2). We have parking in our driveway for 3 to 4 cars max. Short term renters are never allowed to park on the street.

3). No parties or events can be held at any short term rentals.

4). Maximum occupancy limits- we are limited to 9 people on site / occupying the property.

5). Outdoor Open Flame / Wood Burning / Charcoal Fire Pits & BBQs are now banned at all short term rentals.

6). Sorry we cannot allow pets.

Tahoe Vista 2024

Without realizing it, I chose this spot twice for our group of skiers from Ohio. We will be back. We loved every minute. The house is large, warm, well-stocked kitchen and hot tub. We left 1 day early due to the superstorm approaching!

Fantastic location

Our winter holiday was lacking in significant snow but the location more than made up for it. After an initial hiccup, Mark was very responsive and ensured that the rest of our trip was smooth sailing. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen equipment made meal prep easy and convenient. The hot tub was enjoyable and the wi-if was fast. The flat driveway was a bonus after a heavy snow day. Proximity to Northstar and Kings Beach was excellent. Despite limited snow initially, we were able to find enough for the kids to play in the yard. Intermittent snow during the trip and a significant dumping on one day allowed for a fun backyard snow day made up of snowball fights and sledding. A friendly neighbor told us about a hiking loop that lead to North Tahoe Recreation area which was accessible by foot or by vehicle.
