This lakefront condo at Brockway Shores is a great place to stay for our three generation family. The condo is attractively furnished with comfortable beds and updated bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked and the large deck with dining table and bbq is a plus. Great view of the lake!

Lakeside splendor

After many summer stays at the Brockway Shores complex, this unit is now my favorite. With living area and master on the first floor it is very accessible for the older generation in my family. The oversized desk with lake view is perfect for outside dining. My grandkids have plenty of space to frolic on the large grass area and enjoy swimming from the dock..

Surprising Gem

Our family of five has been visiting North Lake Tahoe for a week or two every summer for the past 15 years. We have been fortunate to stay in some very good homes or condos on or very close to the lake. This property may just have become our all-time favorite. Even though it is located in a lakeside condo complex, I believe the VRBO listing describes it as a home - and that is exactly what it is. From the outside, it looks like a small condo, but once inside, you immediately appreciate that the family that owns it wants you to enjoy the spacious 4 bedroom home as much as they do. Three of the bedrooms are located up a flight of spiral stairs and the landing has a futon/sofa. There is a great view of the lake from the living room and outside deck where we ate most of our meals, shaded by tall pines and a couple of impressive cedars. We were able to rent a buoy for our ski boat from the condo association at a reasonable price considering the limited number of moorings on the lake. You can easily walk to the north end of King’s Beach where there are some good local eateries. The home is incredibly well-stocked in all areas. The kitchen is modern and the entire home was extremely clean. The vibe is relaxed and family-oriented without kitsch. The owner was extremely helpful and accessible although we had no problems and didn’t need to contact him once we checked in. We definitely hope to return.

Great house and awesome location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! John was incredibly accommodating and helpful. The location is perfect, right on the water with an awesome private dock and walking distance from restaurants and shops. The house itself is great, with plenty of room for a larger groups and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Overall, it was a great experience and would highly recommend the property.
