Amenities include the resort's lakeside heated pool. The recreation area is a short, pretty walk from the town home and is open all year along with a club house, coed sauna and exercise room. The recreation area also includes lakeside tennis courts and a pier which is great for fishing, swimming or picking up your guests from your boat.

Brockway Springs is located the north shore of Lake Tahoe. We are close to a T.A.R.T. bus stop which runs to Truckee, Tahoe City, Kings Beach , Incline Village and back again!
There are taxis available in the area however, Uber and Lyft are a rarity.

There is a two vehicle limit for this unit.

Full time staff in onsite Rental Office. 7-days a week 9 am- 4pm
