Asked for a top floor end of corridor room and thats what we were allocated good sized room with a balcony plenty parking even though it was a very bisy weekend with concerts at Sandringham Estate

There is nothing to recomend except the water pressure in the showers. Generalky the hotel is run down with uncomfortable beds and a musty neglected feel of under investment.

Very dusty , windows were hard to open and mattress definitely needs changing. Was in a disabled room but step was too big to get in shower. door to get in room was so heavy couldn’t even get in room or open from other side Then restaurant was closed the Sunday evening no explanation luckily have a pub on side but was looking forward to having a meal in restaurant

Overall is a good hotel, however room and especially bathroom needs refurbishment. In my room it was imposible to set the water temperature either was cold and then suddenly woter become very hot.

We were disappointed with the standard of the room, it was basic and more like a room in some large franchise which catered for one night stays. Staff were courteous without being inviting and happy to have our custom. We did get a room that was appropriate for our needs, with a wet room and all the grab rails for support in the bathroom. The heated towel rail was turned off and we could not turn it on. As a last minute booking we were a little underwhelmed.
