Outside Edge offers its guests a wonderful opportunity to enjoy a restful stay in a unique location, just a few meters from the saltmarshes and adjacent coast path that takes you onward to the sand dunes and sandy beaches that North Norfolk is famed for. There are few properties that can match this location for views and the convenient access that you have to this wild and natural coastline.

The detached house has been designed to accommodate six guests comfortably in three bedrooms. With three separate washrooms, all guests are well-catered for. Upstairs, the living area is blessed with large windows, through which you can take in the panorama of the surrounding coastline. With the open plan nature of the space, all guests can relax in each others' company, while still enjoying their own pursuits.

The garden offers a large area of lawn that children, dogs or sun bathers will find equally appealing. You also have the choice of two outside dining areas; one located in the grounds, the second on the raised decking with views of the coastline.

Local highlights are numerous and you may even choose to leave the car parked at the house while you explore the coastal path to the east and the west. A great many local eateries can be found within a five-mile radius, including The White Horse at Brancaster, The Duck at Stanhoe, Socius and The Hoste Arms in Burnham Market and the Hero in Burnham Overy Staithe. For nature lovers, you can book a private cruise out to the nature reserve on Scolt Head Island or take a drive to Titchwell RSPB reserve. To the east, you also have Holkham Hall and the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that covers this fabulous stretch of coastline. A truly special part of the world!

Fantastic house

This is the most fantastic house in a stunning location overlooking the beautiful marshes of Burnham Deepdale/Brancaster. The house is so light and airy with bedrooms on the ground and a wonderful living area at first. Great pubs, shops and beaches close by.
