Swallow Barn is located around 1 mile from Bantham beach, a picturesque beach with sweeping sands and fascinating rock pools. Popular with surfers due to it's consistent waves and excellent surfing conditions. For paddle boarders and kayakers, the River Avon offers a serene setting with stunning views and wildlife a plenty.
There are several amazing beaches in the area, take the sea tractor to the famous Burgh Island from Bigbury-on-Sea, explore the secluded Hope Cove or the golden sands of South Milton.
