This brand new home provides plenty of room for friends and family to gather! Enjoy spacious rooms, relaxing outdoor decks, a boat dock with lift and even a pool to cool off after a day on the lake!

The home has 3 stories with all 5 bedrooms located on the top floor, making it easy for those who want to sleep in can do so undisturbed. The property also has an elevator, making it easy to get your suitcases to the third floor!

The beautiful and spacious kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishware, utensils, air fryer and more! Separating the kitchen from the living room there is a wet bar, fully stocked with all the glassware you could need as well as a beverage refrigerator. A large Blackstone grill is located on the bottom patio for outdoor cooking.

There is plenty of parking for guests, boat trailers, jet ski trailers, etc. The boat lift is available for guest use (must be approved in advance of reservation) as well as 2 jet ski ramps. There are 3 kayaks, life jackets and fishing rods for guests to take full advantage of LAKE LIFE!
