Lovely family home, on a beautiful private treed property with pool and hot tub, close to beautiful beaches and golf courses. Perfect for a large family, combined families or a golf getaway.

Spend the day swimming, sunbathing, playing in the sand, relaxing, strolling and much more in this quiet area.

Mike’s House is outfitted with all new, comfortable furniture throughout. The main floor features an open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen, with a heat pump for air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you may need during your stay. The dining room directly beside features a large table. The living room has an abundance of comfortable seating. Wi-Fi connected Smart TVs throughout the house in common areas and some bedrooms.

There are 7 bedrooms, and three bathrooms throughout. One King bedroom and an ensuite bathroom can be found on the main level. The second floor has five Queen bedrooms and a full bathroom, plus laundry room with washer and dryer. The basement has a large living room with comfortable seating, a quiet reading nooks, an office desk, chair and printer on request, another King bedroom and a half bathroom. Outside the house enjoy further amenities like comfortable deck conversational pieces, lounger chairs and outdoor sectionals surrounding the heated outdoor pool, fire pit, BBQ and hot tub.

Mike’s House is only 10 minutes from Charlottetown and 10 minutes from Brookvale Provincial Ski Park. The city offers guests anything they may need while visiting including shopping, groceries, restaurants, hospital/pharmacies, nightclubs, banks, gas stations, attractions, and much more! You are also within minutes of popular tourist attractions including many golf courses and beaches. There is a new guest house built on the property, our property manager will be living in this private space not attached to the main house starting August 17, 2024.

PEI with children and grandchildren

We had an amazing time in PEI. This home is close to beaches and many other attractions. The pool was a bonus for the kids after our daily adventures!

Summer stay in PEI

Had fun on our trip. The house was nicely maintained and centrally located for touring Charlottetown and the rest of the island. House was well appointed but missing some small things that we would normally expect from a rental (coffee machine - keurig only, bedside lamps etc.). Pool was enjoyed but a few more floaty/pool toys would be appreciated. Overall a wonderful stay for our large, multigenerational family.

toaster did not work. property manager next to house makes it difficult to use fire pit at night concern to make any noises. beds great and really clean house pool nice very clean lots of rooms with comfortable beds

Beautiful big house! Great for our multigenerational family. We all absolutely loved the pool. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful and private house. Only had wished there were lamps on the nightstands to read at night with. And maybe another full bathroom. Overall enjoy our time in PEI and this beautiful house! Highly recommend
