The pool room was too cold but the water temperature was ok. Breakfast was great but plastic utensils and paper plates are not environmentally sound or nice to use. Rooms are lovely and staff are great. There is nothing in the area around the hotel and no where to take a walk. Fridge and microwave are great to have in the rooms. Everything was clean and fresh.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Napanee on June 20, 2025, and had a fantastic experience from check-in to check-out. The room looked exactly like the photos online, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean, there were no odd smells, and the AC worked perfectly and quietly. The continental breakfast was also very good. It is a great location and is conveniently by several stores which is nice. The lady who was working the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially with check-in and local restaurant recommendations. It made our stay even more enjoyable. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Everything was great - room was clean, delicious food, easy check in, working elevators, friendly staff. The only downside is that room is not soundproof, and I could hear people in hallways and in the nearby units.

This property is a convenient location - right off the highway and close to all Napanee retailers. It is dated and the service is mediocre. Given its one of only a few options, I’m likely to visit again.

There was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom most likely from high moisture. But everything else was fantastic! Breakfast was amazing. Especially the coffee. Rooms were tidy and immaculate.
