The location of the property is great. But the place itself is rundown and not managed properly. Service is not good!! We were not impressed at all. It used to be very nice place around 10 years ago when we were there. I do not recommend this hotel.

One used towel hanging behind the bathroom door. Bottom sheet on the bed not fitted or tucked to stay in place. When I asked the waitress for more water, she went and got a glass for herself before coming back to my table! We were within walking distance of the theatre and parking was extremely easy and close by.

Setting is on the river just an easy walk to boat tours and summer theatre. The Pub and the Restaurant both serve excellent food. The room was comfortable, Staff were attentive and friendly. Overall a great stay.

They property seems to be half renovated and a not good job of it. Very disappointing, things were just horribly build or covered up problems. The bathroom door was broke at the top and would not close. There was no soap in the room, the air conditioning was loud and non stop…and we were in the Prime ministers room…..was horrible. We did not get the room I reserved from expidea…..way over rated…..so disappointed

Worst stay ever. The person at front desk horrible and very rude. Room was not clean. Other guest shoes left in the room. Fridge shook in the middle of the night. We stayed in the annex. Not worst $280 a night. At 5am a motorcycle right near the room started. There should be no room near a parking lot. Not at $280 a night. At checkout simply asked if we could park an additional 3 hours and was denied after saying our experience. This is unacceptable. Stay far away from the hotel. Not worth the money. Many other hotels nearby.

This place has so much potential. Located on the water, two restaurants, right in such a quaint section of the town. It’s charming, full of character, and clean. There were just a few things I can’t quite put my finger on. It wasn’t welcoming; staff was OK, our bath towels were ripped. The breakfast was cold. These things aren’t deal breakers. I’m speaking more from the perspective that for the money, and the vibe it looks like should have upon arrival, it could just be so much more.
