The host was responsive and communicative, which I appreciated, but the stay had several issues that affected the overall experience.Check-in on the first day was delayed by about an hour due to cleaning, and the original unit I booked was not available. I was moved to a different unit that did not have a wardrobe, which was inconvenient. That unit also had some initial problems, including missing linens, a strong smoke smell, and no towels available when I needed to shower.It’s also worth noting that while the host has four units within the block, it appears these were formerly two units that have been subdivided. As a result, the layout and setup felt more like a hostel-style arrangement than fully independent apartments, which was not what I expected based on the listing.On the third day, the Wi-Fi went out and I had to access the router in a nearby room and reset it myself to restore service.To be fair, the host did respond quickly once issues were raised and made efforts to resolve them. However, the early disruptions, unit change, and overall setup made the stay less smooth than expected. With clearer disclosure and better preparation, this could be improved, but based on this experience, it fell short of expectations.
