The hotel itself was nice and comfortable. However, the noise throughout the night was ridiculous. We were on the first floor which was convenient. Because there is a gap at the bottom of the door, we could hear everything! Why not have the door seal all the way to help prevent hearing the normal hotel noise? We could hear the lobby tv all night. There is no reason to have it on at night. Or turn it down! The property is not convenient for dogs as there is virtually no grass area. The small area that had grass was covered in trash. I worried they would step on something and hurt themselves. Also, not the hotels fault but it’s right behind a cash store, a liquor store, and a bar. I didn’t feel safe walking my dogs at night as there seemed to be shady deals going on as random cars would pull up behind the buildings before leaving again a few minutes later. It was so strange! The staff here were so friendly and if it wasn’t for the poorly built door frame and us having no where safe to walk our dogs, we would stay again. Just wanted to pass this info on in case you are traveling with your dogs.

Dead roaches in the hall way. First room shower head leaked, bed looked unmade. Second room smell like a smoker room, third room had two bugs, one was dead (they picked up- shower looked new-we stayed here) bed was terriblily uncomfortable and they showed us a fourth room while smell like a smoker room! Supervisor could not give me any credit as they said Hotel.com had to issue us one as we couldn’t opt out since I had prepaid. Managers tried to accommodate us with different rooms even tho they were unsatisfactory. They offered a credit but said we needed to contact hotels.com. Presently, we are asking for a credit from hotels.com.

No good sleep!

My overnight stay was great except for the thin ceiling and being able to hear every step the people were doing all night long. And loudly. So the room was great but not a good sleep.

Hotel was clean & staff was friendly but your elevators were broken. My stay was accommodated & staff secured a room on the first floor however the room was next to hotel exit & we heard the door open & close every time a person opened or shut the door I didn’t sleep well. Additionally the side exit door did not lock automatically so anyone could come inside without a key pass.

Communication from the staff was very good, let us know elevator was out early in the morning before arrival in case we needed to change hotels. Check in was quick. Room was clean and had a good blackout shade. Emergency exit on the side of the hotel facing highway would not fully secure. Someone had used it instead of the actual exit. Air conditioner in room needs maintenance. The fan on high would not blow any harder than on low or auto. It cooled but took longer than it should. Was not uncomfortable eventually. I reported both issues to the front desk 6/1. Breakfast was good, the lady running it made some pancakes for my child, she was attentive to all that were there. She did a great job. Overall staff was very good, hotel just like most needs a little extra work which seemed the staff would report.
