Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

fraudulent account.

This was a fraudulent account. And hotels.com has done nothing to resolve it. I arrived at the property location, and it was a field. I reached out to hotels.com and the listing immediately. I still have yet to receive a refund.
