The place is currently under renovation but the price was worth it for a one-night stay. The beds, linens, and towels were clean. It was a very spacious place.

I did not stay there this place was not in the town I wanted to stay it was 1hour on the opposite way of my destination I will like a refund I try to get a hold of someone. But all I got was run around I find out there was only one motel available and it’s not on you website I’m very disappointed

Only stay here if you need something cheap!

The clerk needs to take a course in hotel management. Very unfriendly , mumbled when speaking and offered minimal assistance. Ad states there is ac...there is none! One small fan per bedroom. It was over 35 degrees and experiencing an air quality in effect.

Good

Only stopped for one night. Very accommodating with late check in, as no one on site. They are in the process of updating the hotel. Good price for a two bedroom apartment with kitchen. Unfortunately both beds squeaked with any movement, but still a good sleep. Town of Lakeland was interesting due to once being a gold mine town.

The Prospectors Inn had everything I needed - two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a full kitchen with a stove, microwave oven and dishes and cutlery, a nice living room area and a complete bathroom.

Check in was a bit odd. No one available at first. Staff member came right into our room and closed the door to go over the necessary information. If I had been alone that would have made me uncomfortable. Room was Spacious with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen and living area. Rooms were clean but there was an overpowering smell at first. Not sure if it was cleaning solution. Couch was not comfortable and had an odour to it. Overall it was good just a couple of things that were not so good. Good value for the cost.
