Amazing hotel- wonderful experience. Super comfy bed, warm and toasty! We didn’t see the Northern Lights but we got a blanket of beautiful snow instead. Highly recommend a trip to Kiruna.

My new Hotel of Choice in Kiruna

I had a great experience at the Elite Hotel Frost. This was helped, I’m sure, by the fact that I was given a free upgrade to a premium room. The front desk staff were delightful. The lobby was very cozy (giving it a somewhat different feel from the Scandic Hotel around the corner). The restaurant had excellent Lapland-themed meals for dinner and a traditional Swedish breakfast with lots of options (including vegan ones). I loved the design of my room, which was simultaneously upscale and contemporary, but also really brought the feeling of nature into the room. The bed was comfortable, and they had a “pillow menu,” so guests with different preferences could choose the firmness and thickness that worked best for them. The bathroom, similarly, had a stand-out design, with nice use of indirect lighting
 and a towel warmer. Being a new hotel, the whole place was impeccable. The newness had its downsides, as the hotel was still a work in progress. The parking garage was not completed (which was fine, since I was there in August and not the snowy months). The spa was open (pool and sauna), but had not yet started offering spa treatments. On the whole, I liked the Elite Frost better than the Scandic, where I stayed last year, though the free upgrade maybe makes this an unfair comparison. Elite Hotel Frost will be my hotel of choice when in Kiruna.

Hotel fica no centro da cidade. Quarto ok, café da manhã bom Restaurante e pub anexos ao hotel Não tem garagem, o que foi um problema para nós que eståvamos de carro. Ou deixava na rua, o que gera valor, ou paga estacionamento caríssimo. Equipe poderia ser um pouco mais simpåtica!

Jag har bott pĂ„ mĂ„nga Elite hotell i Sverige, alltid varit nöjd men det hĂ€r hotellet helt otroligt, sĂ„ vackert inrett med lugna underbara fĂ€rger. Stil och kvalitĂ©n wow! Dessutom mycket gĂ€stvĂ€nligt, vĂ€lkomnande och hjĂ€lpsam personal. Inget som saknas pĂ„ frukostbuffĂ©n, trevlig top bar och restauranger 2 st i anslutning till hotellet. Tysta rum och toppensĂ€ngar!
