Outdoors, a magnificent 90 sqf private pool(available from April to October) overlooks the sea, the mountains, and the town of Kissamos. The spacious terrace with cozy lounges and the large front yard invite you to unwind while watching the breathtaking sunset. Next to the pool, the BBQ area and outdoor dining space set the scene for unforgettable evenings under the stars.
Ideally located, the villa offers total privacy yet easy access to the famous beaches of Western Crete, such as Balos and Elafonissi. Whether you seek serenity or a luxurious base for exploration, this villa promises a stay that exceeds expectations.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night from April to October and 4€ per night from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
