Welcome to the Bawtry Estate!

This charming 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom villa is nestled on a spacious, beautifully landscaped plot in the gated community of Trafalgar Village, just 10 minutes from the Disney attractions and moments from the vibrant US 192.
Inside, you'll find a generous master suite with a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom, along with a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each with adjacent bathrooms. The seating area is furnished with comfortable sofas and features a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, and cable.
The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for home cooking, with a high-top table that seats eight. A separate utility room includes a washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron, and an additional family bathroom provides added convenience. The garage has been converted into a game room, complete with a foosball table, pool table, and dartboard.
Outside, the screened-in pool and jacuzzi offer a relaxing retreat, with a sunbathing deck, loungers, and a shaded lanai area with a small patio table and chairs. We really enjoyed ourselves after washing blankets blankets smelled used, they smelled like somebody instead of laundry detergent, the screen in the pool area is hanging. I just felt the Property could have been cleaned better and the pool needs to be cleaned the lining in the closets needs to be washed after every use other then that we really enjoyed the space.

Good but few problems

Overall house was great . The pool heater worked well for us as did the spa( you have start it 30 min prior to getting in) . The refrigerator made some odd noises as did pool pump , but I have kids so it did not really bother me . All the coffee cups were not washed with old coffee rings. Took us 30 minutes to magic kingdom.

Problems with spa

Although this property had everything we wanted the spa did not work properly and I am still waiting to hear from the rental company. I could have rented something similar without a spa for somewhere around 100 less per night so I have requested a refund of some form. We shall see what they do in the end. I probably would have recommended this property to everyone had this problem not happened
