Una de las razones por las que seleccionamos la casa, fue por la piscina, a la cual nunca nos pudimos meter ya que el agua estaba muy fría y solicitamos que la climatizaran, pero nunca funcionó. Tuvimos que pagar extra por la climatización y como no funcionó, nos dijeron que nos iban a devolver el dinero, pero todavía no nos lo han reembolsado. Además las sábanas de todas las camas tenían muy mal olor.
