It was nice stay. Room is clean. Front is polite. Breakfast was good, but they finished food supply before 9 o'clock so that you cannot eat fully when you go there 08:50.

The staff at check in were not very friendly, nor helpful. The building is under construction and it would have been very helpful for me to know that. I would have booked a different property. We've stayed at other Toyoko Inns and the room is pretty standard.

The staff here are very polite and helpful. There are on the G/F so buying night snacks is convenient. However, the room is a bit small, I found difficulty for opening luggage in the room. Moreover, the room keys were placed on the floor outside the room in the morning, I believe that was for room cleaning service, but I got worried in terms of security issues.

오래된 호텔이라 가성비 하나만 생각했는데 아쉽긴 했습니다 쩐내가 심하게 나고 침구도 먼지 많은편 ㅠ 그나마 공청기 있어서 강으로 틀고 이겨냄.. 1층에 편의점 편했고 위치는 그냥저냥 역까지 걸어갈만 했어요

小倉駅からも歩いて行けるしモノレールの駅も目の前 一階はコンビニ、食事ができるところも周りに沢山あり利便性はとても良い ただ、モノレール駅の目の前だけに発車ベル？の音などはよく聞こえる 設備の面ではコンセントがここ、という位置にない（鏡の前や枕元）のが残念 その分ミラーの貸し出しなどはされていた

壁紙や窓の冊子は外れたままで、ユニットバスなのですが、洗面の棚も外れて斜めだったので使えませんでした笑 風呂の換気扇や天井もしばらく掃除はしていないようです。清潔さを見ると朝食をいただく気にはなれず。。。安くて寝れたらいいという方はちょうど良いかと思います。
