The parking lot was not attached to the hotel and was a fairly long walk with our bags through multiple doors without automatic entry and and stairs before we got to the elevator. The WIFI was unreliable, it kept logging us out.

Love this hotel, but tired of the ridiculously strict late checkout policy. I was given 2pm many times, now its 12:30 at the latest. I was an hour late leaving and they would not wave a 50 dollar charge. They kept saying that checkout was 11, but were given 12:30. Also, sold-out to them is not actually sold out. Will be seeking other options of heading back downtown kitchene.

Tried to call the front desk multiple times every time it would hang up after ringing off the hook for 2 mins. Had to pay for parking (not noted anywhere you have to pay) The whole hotel was just younger people partying. Tried to complain about noise and no one ever answered. Checking in took a long time even tho they had 3 people working the desk… Overall I would give the hotel a 2. Woke up at 8 am to the younger people yelling across the balcony’s. It was an overall bad stay unfortunately.

Went during march break with 3 kids and had an Excellent stay. Convenient location, pool was a good size. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast buffet had great selection. If you need to add a cot, make sure you get premium queen - staff accommodated us for this, but would have been difficult if we went on a busier night. Just a note about the arcade - most games don’t work, and we lost some coins in faulty games. The bowling alley has probably seen better days but it worked and was a fun addition. I can imagine this spot to be easily taken over by teams on a tournament, which could be an issue if you’re not a part of the group. Overall, would recommend.
