This hotel is a gem, the facility is new and well appointed with a modern design. The staff is outstanding. Service is impeccable. The room was spacious and clean. In the lobby, you can enjoy complimentary drinks and muffins. The location is the best you can get on Kitimat, with dining and grocery options at walking distance.

We had a great stay here, the room was super clean and comfy. They have a latte machine too that's really fun and makes great drinks. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff at the M Star are top notch! The care they demonstrated makes every stay feel right at home and part of the family. Its has clean rooms and very friendly staff. The hotel is next to a near-vacant mall with some stores. Also, located by some fast food chains (2; A&W and Tim Hortons). A few restaurants and pubs in walkimg distance. The Bistro which is conveniently located next to the hotel is pretty good.

We stay here Several times a year as we have family in Kitimat. The phone rang at 10:59 nine with a reminder that check out is at 11. We were actually just leaving the room. Never had that before in a hotel!! Thank you for the reminder to check out and I won’t be checking back in!
