This place is gross. For $250 a night it is horrific. Run down motel years past its prime. The doors are insecure, the bathroom was disgusting with mold in the caulking around the tub. Crappy laminate floors- just nasty all around. Rat traps everywhere including the corner of the breakfast room! The Bates Motel would be better.

Have been to Coachman several times. Its not the Ritz Carlton, but its a clean, reliable motor lodge. Located within the Kittery Outlet shopping area. There are several excellent restaurants within a two-minute drive. Excellent choice for an overnight stay.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. The bathroom needs refurbishing, tilted north. Tub was dirty. We cleaned the air conditioner filter, was completely full/filthy. Worked better after being cleaned. Staff was pleasant.
