This apartment in a semi-detached house in Kätkä district in Levi is a cozy and spacious option for holidaymakers. The apartment was built in 2005, and offers comfort and space across three floors, making it suitable for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy the stunning landscapes and activities in Levi.
On the entrance floor, you'll find an open kitchen that is well-equipped for preparing your own meals. The living area has a spreadable sofa bed. This floor also features one bedroom with a double bed. Sauna compartments are also located on this floor, allowing you to relax and warm up after a day of activities. The washroom and WC are conveniently on the same floor.
The upper floor contains another bedroom with a double bed. There is also a workroom here with alcove door. In addition, there is a lounge area with a sofa bed that can serve as an extra bed if needed. The upper floor also has a WC.
In the basement, there is a third bedroom with two beds. Additionally, there is a WC in the basement, which makes a total of three WCs in this apartment, facilitating accommodation for larger groups.
Furthermore, the basement has a garage (18 m²), offering a secure place for a car and recreational equipment. The height of the garage door is 210 cm. Please, notice that garage ramp might be snowy and slippery in winter and therefore it might not be possible to drive there in winter.
You can watch "normal" tv channels downstairs (tv upstairs does not have an antenna).
