We loved vacationing in this home with our family. Layout was a little strange (primary bedroom with the king bed does not have its own bathroom) and the living room space was a little small for relaxing as a group after a day in the sun.We encountered some very dirty pillow cases, we were glad to have each brought our own. The pool was great, looks like it needs a good scrubbing and each day you’d have to take time to get all the leaves out. No actual yard to hang out only deck/pool. The house is decorated so well and the kitchen absolutely had everything we needed and more. Even though it’s not right on the beach the location was sooo close and not a bother. Priced great! Would absolutely rent this house again and/or recommend. We were very pleased with our stay and thankful for such a great home, just little stuff to report.

Overall We had a great time, thank you. If i had anything I think needs attention it would be...the cleaning crew didn't do a great job before check in. *Coat hanger laying on back deck (still there), *Dryer lint not cleaned out (good thing I always check). *Both trash cans were full, so I put both out on curb this morning. *Upstairs tub stopper does not work properly. *Baking pan was left in oven, didn't know when preheated the oven (pan is still in oven). *Dirty dish sponge left on the sink.*Washer was tricky, had to open both cabinet doors above it to hold lid open due to the cabinet placement. *Old water damage under upstairs primary bedroom windows (looks to be from the windows). *Used hair tie in upstairs bathroom on sink*Toothpaste (blue) on bathroom counter downstairs *Broken shells on back deck (not sure if they were from beach or something broken (still there)Overall very quiet peaceful neighborhood and the pool was a big hit, thank you.

Great place to stay!! Bring your own soap, toilet paper, pool towels, and daily use things. They only provide you a small amount.
