The house overall was great, but the kitchen could use quite a bit more to make it functional for cooking meals. There were no good knives, spoons, or basic utensils, and very little for baking—no pans for cookies, and not even an oven mitt to take things out safely. This made it challenging when it came time to prepare a meal for 12 people.The hot tub and pool were very nice, but the area around the pool needs some care and attention. The outdoor tables were in poor condition, and the space would really benefit from better furniture and upkeep.

Kitty Hawk Family Trip
Vacation property was clean and there was more than enough space for the family. The beach being directly across the street and over the dune was close by for enjoyment, and hanging out in the back with the pool while grilling steaks and playing corn hole was great.
