Our home is Contemporary with an open floor plan. You will find water views from all three bedrooms. It is a unique, one of a kind find on the Outer Banks, Designed and built by a local designer, it is only available when she is not.
Enjoy an open plan with roomy kitchen, living room and bathroom on the lower level. The Master Bedroom with king size bed and on-suite bathroom is also on the lower level, and two additional bedrooms are upstairs with double/ full size beds. There is a full size bathroom for the upper two bedrooms to share.
Our home is pet friendly to one dog, and hosts a beautiful yard and pond for the whole family to enjoy. We limit our guests to a maximum of 6 and only one pet, as this is our home that we are entrusting to our guests. We ask that you treat our home with love and leave it in good condition. We are excited welcome you as our guests and hope you love staying here as much as we do!

great location, fabulous home

very short drive to the beach that was uncrowded and well kept. House was great, AC was fantastic and needed! pictures for the listing did not do it justice. Would loved to have used the deck in the evening but that is just not possible with the millions of bugs! not sure if it's August thing but you can't be outside the house after 6pm without being attacked by bugs. Home is very close to supermarket and restaurants are close by but many are closed due to staffing issues, so be prepared to prepare some meals. overall, loved it.

Great stay on the Outer Banks

This was a perfect house for our family of four. The property itself was as described. It was very clean and all felt new. The house is located on a quiet dead and and sits on a small body of water, very peaceful. It was also very close to the beach and downtown Duck. I have nothing bad to say! I would visit again.

Welcoming and Comfortable

Everything was perfect with our stay. This home is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and in a peaceful setting. There are many amenities included making the stay even better. Easy drive to the beach and many restaurants in the area. We loved our vacation in the OBX.
