Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a grilling area with a gas grill, carport with 2 outside showers, foot wash and walkway to the community beach walkway.

Mid Level: King Master Bedroom with an Oceanfront deck, Queen Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and deck access, full hall bathroom, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with a DuoBunk and Bunk Set, full hall bathroom and laundry with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV and deck access, sitting area with amazing ocean views and deck access that includes an outdoor dining area. Modern kitchen with a wine captain, half bath, dining area seating 8 and den with a flat-screen TV.

Extras: 4 TVs, high speed internet, wine captain, books, picnic table, outside shower, foot wash, 2 outside showers gas grill, parking for 6-8 vehicle, linens and towels provided and Sanderling community pool and tennis. Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Fireplace is not available to guests.

Great location, neighborhood has walking trails, house is oceanfront and conveniently next to beach access, beautiful ocean views from top level of house and upstairs deck. Gas grill made cooking easy. Kitchen/barware well stocked (could use more flatware/knives). Plenty of parking. Tastefully decorated. Only complaint, the only ice maker is on the door of the freezer, not enough for coolers, we needed to buy bags of ice for the week.

Beautiful spot on the ocean

We had a blast relaxing and taking in the sights from this beautiful home. Such a great spot for biking, the beach, and town!
