“Squires” is a three bedroom, two bath oceanside vacation home that is perfect for a small family wishing to visit the Outer Banks. Located only 215 yards from the beach access makes it easy to get to the beach without needing to drive. While close to the beach access, you are also nestled in a wooded area of Southern Shores. This gives you great privacy from the large sundeck.

Level 1:
3 bedrooms (1 with Queen, 1 with Double, 1 with Twins), 2 baths (1 with tub and shower). Living/dining/kitchen area, 1 Queen sleep sofa.

“Squires” is the perfect Outer Banks vacation rental if you are looking to relax at the beach with your family. The community of Southern Shores will offer you tennis, basketball and soccer areas. There is a children's playground as well as sound access so you can watch the incredible sunsets. Great property! The kitchen was stocked with sufficient kitchen equipment. The bedrooms had plenty of sheets, towels, etc. the outdoor porch is very nice to have a meal on. Plenty of lounging areas in the house. The driveway was large enough to fit 4 cars easily (could fit more if you needed to). Instructions from the host were clear and simple to follow. Unobtrusive during the day. By far the best part was the location. Walk for less than 5 minutes and you’re in the ocean! Highly recommend
