I stayed there with my husband and a puppy. This is a small-scaled family hotel so expect to see many kids. During this week the tide is high during the day (late morning - late evening) so if you wish to walk on the beach you have to wake up early, which I did and it was very nice. It is connected to the public beach, yet still maintained the privacy. There is one restaurant and one bar. The parking in front of the property is limited but there is a parking lot 300m away. Nevertheless, there is a shuttle bus available all day. Overall, we had a great time. If you wish to use the spa, advanced reservation is highly recommended especially during the weekend or long holiday.

Kommer ikke igen.

Bestilt 3 værelser. Flere ting virker ikke på værelserne. Terrassedør kan ikke lukke så aircon ikke virker. Toiletsæde er løst, det bliver så lavet dagen før vi checker ud. Får en baby seng op til en 15 årige dreng på 90 kg. De vil havde ekstra penge hvis vi skal have en ekstra seng. Døre til værelser binder og man skal trække godt til ellers lukker de ikke. Da vi checker ud forlanger de ekstra penge for seng. Der må jeg så sige at det er betalt og de ikke får en krone mere. Derefter kommer de med endnu en regning på 274 baht. Noget de havde glemt. Der er intet styr på noget som helst. Og de giver ikke information om at de bare går ind på værelset og roder i tingene. Virkelig en dårlig oplevelse.

Strulig ankomst

Hade bokat 2 rum till min familj, men de hävdade att ett rum var avbeställt ? Efter mycket trassel fick vi ett rum till, men på en annan del av hotellet !!! Det var en skönhetstävling (Miss Rayong) när vi var där, så de kanske priorterade dessa gästerna... Sängarna var ganska hårda, vilket tyvärr är vanligt i Thailand. Städningen uteblev en av dagarna. Frukostbuffén var riklig och smakade väldigt bra - servicen där perfekt. Stor simbassäng, men inte tillräckligt djup för att simma bekvämt. ca. 1,2 m Wing Garden, där vi bodde, var nybyggt, och hade modern inredning, och väldigt fint. Ganska mycket mygg på den nedsänkta bottenvåningen, efter solnedgången. Nära till stranden, med stort utbud av prisvärdt seafood. Bra parkering och rent och fint i lobby, bar samt allmäna utrymmen. Bar toaletten var snudd på lyxig.

อาคารใหม่ของโรงแรมแห่งนี้เพิ่งเปิดบริการได้ราว 3 เดือน ห้องพักมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบถ้วน สะอาด วิวดี น้ำไหลแรง ทุกอย่างอยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน การเช็คอินค่อนข้างสับสนระหว่าง ocean view และ garden view (ห่างกันราว 500 เมตร) บริการรถรับส่งระหว่างอาคารและที่จอดรถควรปรับปรุง ถ้ามีการแจ้งผู้ใช้บริการล่วงหน้าว่าควร check in ที่จุดใดก่อนการเข้าพัก (โดย e-mail) และควรให้บริการตามลำดับก่อนหลัง อย่าให้มีการแซงคิวได้จะดีมาก

High standard and facilities but poor information that the hotel (garden wing) is not beach access and based a 5 min walk from the main hotel building (the provided buss transfer was great).

Nybyggt mycket fräscht hotell

Garden Wing är ett Fantastiskt och nybyggt hotell. Ocean Wing är nyrenoverade ”gamla” Lomtalay. Rum med havsutsikt har en underbar balkong för solnedgång. Fantastiskt frukost som bör köpas till. I övrigt är det inte mycket som är prisvärt i restauranger och barer, ca 3 ggr så dyrt som precis utanför. Enda hotellet under vara 4 veckor runt om i Thailand som fortfarande kör ned 10 % servicecharge och 7 % moms. Dyra priser redan innan dessa påslag. Väl värt att bo på och inkludera frukost men ät och drick på andra ställen.

Bra hotell

Mkt fint hotell, trevlig serviceminded personal, sköna sängar, bra frukost, bra poolområde. Samhället i sig var nedgånget och få bättre restauranger att äta vid.
