Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig. Das Haus hat einen besonderen Charme und es gibt vieles in der Umgebung zu besichtigen. Man benötigt allerdings ein Auto. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett. Wir können das Panoramahaus sehr empfehlen.

We hebben een erg goed verblijf gehad. Omdat we het hele gezin met aanhang uit wilden nodigen, moest er we ruimte zijn.Dit huis biedt 4 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers en 3 wc's.De TV staat in een aparte ruimte zodat de ruime zitkamer fijn voor andere dingen (spelletjes, lezen) gebruikt kan worden. Zowel buiten als binnen is er ruimte zat. Je kunt wandelingen houden vanuit het huis, genoeg bos in de buurt. En, ook belangrijk: de WiFi is goed.

Ein Ruhepol in mitten der Mosel Region

Ein Haus mit Charm, einem Ausblick zum Träumen und einer Lage wo jedes Herz eines Wanderers höher schlägt. Wir haben als Stammtisch für ein verlängertes Wochenende hier die Moselregion erkundet. In dem kleinen Ort gibt es ganze 20 Häuser, bietet also Ruhe pur. Die Menschen im Umkreis sind herzlich und hilfsbereit. So fanden wir spannende Pfade wie den alten „Eierpfad“ der uns etwas anspruchsvoller in Richtung Tal gehen lies. Der Vermieter ist extrem hilfsbereit und rechnet fair und sauber mit der Gruppe den Verbrauch von Holz und Strom ab. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert für gesellige Gruppenurlaube.

Auszeit an der Mosel

Wir waren 8 Personen und hatten für uns das perfekte Domizil. Platz, 2 Bäder, alles vorhanden, sauber und einfach Ruhe. Sehe nette und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wir haben das Wochenende mit der Familie sehr genossen und ganz gemütlich auf der Terrasse ausklingen lassen. Gerne wieder. Danke

Panorama Haus

Das Traumhafte Haus liegt alleine auf einem großen Grundstück. Der Empfang durch den Verwalter war vollumgänglich ..die Details wurden besprochen.Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Einzig der in der Anzeige offerierte Kinderspielplatz, welcher für unsere Kinder ein Kriterium waren existierte nicht..🤨 den Verwalter darauf angesprochen teilte er uns mit das dieser Umstand mehrfach Belvista mitgeteilt wurde aber keine Änderung erfolgte , schade

Gemütliches Wochenende vorm Kamin

Wir waren 1 Wochenende mit 5 Kindern und 5 Erwachsenen im Haus. Sehr gemütliches und hellesWohn- Esszimmer mit weitem Blick. Perfekt auch bei Regenwetter, weil man gemütlich vorm Kamin sitzen kann und die Kinder jederzeit in den Garten können. Ideal für Kinder. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter!

Alles wie geplant und erwartet.

Von der Übergabe bis zu Rückgabe der Schlüssel hat alles funktioniert wie gedacht. Der Außenbereich war super um in diesem zu Spielen. Auch Innen lässt das Haus im Sommer nichts zu Wünschen übrig. Küche, Musikanlage, Balkon, Grill haben waren absolut gebrauchbar. Gerne wieder!

Tolles Haus für große Gruppen, aber zu kalt

Das Haus eignet sich super für große Gruppen, Lage und Grundstück sind toll. Leider lässt es sich nur schwer heizen, insbesondere die Schlafräume, das ist mit Kindern problematisch. Hier konnten die in jedem Zimmer vorhandenen Wärmeunterbetten etwas Abhilfe schaffen. Der Wohnbereich ließ sich dank zweier Kamine recht schnell aufheizen.

Schönes Haus, guter Zustand, sauber, sehr ruhige Lage

Das Haus ist gepflegt und liegt sehr idyllisch. Sehr nett ist die riesige Gartenanlage mit Feuerstelle/Grill auf der Terrasse. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub zum entspannen ist dieses Haus gut geeignet. Bus oder Taxianbindung sucht man hier aber vergeblich. Die Stromkosten wurden am Anschluss nochmal raufgerechnet und von der Kaution abgezogen. Sind also nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Dies kann im Winter etwas höher ausfallen.
