Perfect for up to four people, it is the ideal base for couples or friends who want to fully enjoy the peace and beauty of the mountains.
Inside, a warm and welcoming home awaits you: the flat is located on the first floor and has its own private entrance. It offers a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and direct access to a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Another bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90x200 cm each) and a washbasin. In the cosy living/dining area, the fireplace invites you to spend relaxing hours, while the separate, fully equipped kitchen with dining table offers every opportunity for cooking.
The outdoor area is rounded off by a large, covered balcony on the south side, which invites you to linger in the fresh mountain air. For sports enthusiasts, storage facilities for skiing, cross-country skiing or golf equipment as well as bikes are available in the "stable". In addition, our guests have the entire part of the house to themselves, including their own entrance and, on request, an additional guest WC/shower in the stairwell.
The area surrounding our holiday flat is simply ideal for winter sports enthusiasts and those seeking relaxation: There is a mountain/cable car just 200 metres away, and the ski bus stops virtually on the doorstep (10 m). A ski school and cross-country skiing facilities are also in the immediate vicinity (500 m and 250 m respectively). For errands or a stroll through the village centre, you only have to walk 300 m, which makes our flat attractive not only for active holidaymakers, but also for those who want to immerse themselves in the local culture.
