Worst Place to stay in all my years !!!!

Dont stay more than 5 minutes before you go to the office and hand back your room keys.This is the absolute worst hotel I've ever booked on Hotels.com. It was dirty the the furniture was falling apart. The bathroom was disgusting and LOL the bath tub had been painted. I wouldn't put anything in that room. There was no closet for hanging clothes or a place to sit your luggage on. This place is so old and GHETTO !!!! You couldn't even see out of the window. This place needs to come off of your website immediately!!! I don't want anyone booking here and immediately upon arrival had to find another hotel !!! I would love a refund. We drove all the way from NJ to Tennessee for my cousins funeral

Got there the dude at the counter and the dude couldn’t understand me. There’s a deposit that was not previously stated and it takes a week to get it back. Got into the room and the was a hole in the shower wall. The showerhead was falling off and the ceiling had obvious signs of water damage. Killed a bug right before we went to bed… unsure what it was at the time. Extremely noisy outside until well after midnight. Woke up feeling itchy and with dog hair on my pjs (I’m allergic and don’t have a dog). The free breakfast was cereal and that it. Went to get my stuff to leave and found roaches and roach eggs. Showed the manager he said he would refund the stay. Expedia called them and they lied and said we agreed to a new room. Didn’t stay the second night there went to another hotel. Oh… and no pool it was closed.

Pics can't be real. Hotel was terrible. Dirty, mold, leaking water, no service for the tv and no electricity when we first arrived. Moral of the story... You get what you pay for. Should have known better.

EXTREMELY NOISY- not only the highway but you could hear everyone walking around. Towels didn’t match, one had a hole, and the white color wasn’t very clean white. The picture on the tv was poor too. But the room was inexpensive so you get what you pay for. My mistake trusting the photos.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel and felt very safe and in good hands. The staff was friendly, very helpful in everything. My check out was fast. Their room was and smelled clean. Towels and beddings were clean and white. None rug floors which I appreciate exponentially. The commodes were clean.
