Clean room amenities the only thing i didnt like about this stay this time was i didnt get to check in till after 4:00 but when i went online they still had 3 of the same rooms open and when i asked about that she said that was for people to book . Then i asked to stay another night because my nursing supervisor said i didnt have to be to work till mo day shift and the lady up front said no i would have to book another room

Good Embassy, better than the downtown one. Room furniture was worn out and uncomfortable, bed was not comfortable and a/c noise was loud. Shower pressure was not existent. Will not stay here again. Was not terrible but there are other options.

We stayed in a room with black mold. My boys have asthma. I reached out to their customer service and we never heard back. The hotel manager said he would have at least reimbursed us in full for the night, but we had already paid through Orbitz. I plan on looking into some legal counsel on this one.

Our 2 night stay was good overall. However, our room was not cleaned and restocked with clean towels, etc. after our first night. I had to go get clean towels from the downstairs lobby. Not receiving a visit from housekeeping also led to an overflow of trash in our room. This was disappointing & unusual for Embassy Suites.
