Carpet in front of elevator was being replaced during heavy traffic period. Nearest fire escape was being used as mop bucket storage, a fire violation. Outside entrance was soiled with excrement for three days.

Overall a fine option for DT Knoxville access

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The best part is that the staff is super friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable and it's clean. Overall the hotel is a bit run down. No microwave in room; AC/Heat unit in the rooms is insanely loud; toilet flush incredibly loud; no water bottle fill station/water fountain unless you go to the gym. My stays have been to attend a festival so it was quite expensive. The location is fantastic, the rooms are spacious and pretty comfortable, and the staff has been great both times I have stayed here. But, could use a few upgrades (especially the loud AC/Heat).

Not the usual Hilton Hotel

The Mattress was not comfortable the hotel needs a upgrade and there was no executive level room with snacks and breakfast So was not worth what I paid for the room The Valet was exceptional they did a wonderful Job

The property was very high end and great location and food. The continental breakfast is amazing!!!!! . My only complaint is that the bar closes at 11:00pm and bar staff is extremely rude.
