The room was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly. The only negative was they were working on the elevators and having to wait long periods of time for an elevator you could get into was frustrating. Will definitely stay there again!

Room was good, staff was courteous. Pool was closed. On two mornings beginning at 5am work crews working g on the elevators began making, talking loudly and slamming doors. I was unable to get back to sleep. I left a day early.

The room and amenities were fine. Food was good but two out of three elevators weren’t working for part of a busy college football weekend. They got 2 out of 3 working but waits were long and you had to get on and go up to ensure you’d have a spot on the way down.

This has been my worst hotel stay for business trips to date. I want to start by saying, the staff is amazing, friendly, and attentive. They are great. One of the 3 elevators works. There are lines on every floor to use the elevator. The WiFi does not work. I tried troubleshooting with the lady at the front desk, it shows as available but has no capabilities. I had a good amount of work to do, and was unable to do any of it. I went to the gym and used the treadmill - there was no water in the water station. Other gym users expressed frustration too. Frankly, I want a refund or some compensation for this stay. The state of the hotel completely hindered any productivity I needed for this trip.
