Do ***NOT*** be lured into thinking this is a river front property. We rented for 6 weeks and are local. We chose this property because it said it had a balcony as an amenity (since been removed) and the pictures clearly show it as being river front. This unit is not even a river view unit. We contacted the manager immediately and were refunded 120 for the confusion which was a terrible response by them. The apartment was clean and sufficed but when you are expecting "ocean front" and get "road front" it is a huge let down. They said that since it was an apartment the pictures did not have to be the exact unit. I pointed out the misrepresentation of "having a balcony" on the amenity list but nothing further transpired. The bottom line is the apartment was clean and nice but you are going to be on the road side of the building with no balcony.
